Luna Maya: JP/Berto R. WedhatamaThe police have detained presenter Luna Maya, a suspect the scandalous leaked sex videos, a National Police spokesman said Thursday.
Sr. Comr. Marwoto Soeto said that Luna was arrested on Wednesday night after being questioned earlier in the day.
Marwoto said that it “likely” that Luna was arrested for being uncooperative in police investigation.
The police have also named Luna's boyfriend Nazriel “Ariel” Irham, lead singer of prominent boyband Peterpan, and presenter Cut Tari suspects in the same case. Ariel had been detained earlier.
Detectives charged Arield with the 2008 Pornography Law, which carries a maximum punishment of 12 years in jail.
